About Us

Ilana Kayrouz, MD

Dr Ilana Kayrouz is a board-certified physician in both Internal Medicine by the ABIM and Pediatrics by the ABP. She has three certifications in injectactables including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers in 2014, and two in 2021. She also holds training in microneedling and many procedures using PRP and PRF. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2006 and completed her residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 2010 in Louisville as well. She was born and raised in Louisville and has practiced medicine in Oldham County, just outside of Louisville since 2010. She became interested in aesthetic medicine over the past 7-8 years as she realized what a difference she could make in how men and women feel as they age.

Amber Deptola, MD

Amber Deptola MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician with two certifications in botox and fillers. She enjoys helping patients to achieve their aesthetic goals using her knowledge of facial anatomy and muscle function.

Lexi McClanahan, PA-C

Lexi is a trained physician assistant who began her career in medicine in 2019. She worked in dermatology before continuing her education to become an advanced practice provider. Lexi is a trained injector of botulinum toxin and dermal filler, and is excited to bring her knowledge of skincare tips to 502 Renew. Additionally, Lexi enjoys offering advice and support to those seeking weight loss options; she is dedicated to helping others live their healthiest, most confident lives.

Stephanie Burden, CMA

Stephanie is a trained medical assistant and phlebotomist and a valued member of the 502 Direct Primary Care team. She assists the physicians and advanced practitioners with procedures at 502 Renew, including PRP, microdermabrasion, microneedling, shock wave therapy, and other injectables.

Stephanie loves caring for patients and ensuring that every experience is relaxed and efficient. She is excited to continue advancing her training in aesthetics.
